HOW DO I CONTACT MEDFIVE?
Medfive can
be contacted via phone at (800) 921-3537 where you can talk to
customer service. Customer service will take your order as well
as any changes to your order. Medfive can also be reached via
email at medfive@socal.rr.com
Hours of operation
are 7:00 am until 7:00 pm (PST) Mondays thru Friday as well as
8:00 am until 2:00 pm Saturday and Sunday. If there is no answer
to your phone call, please leave a message and someone will get
back to you.
2. HOW LONG
DO I HAVE TO STAY ON MEDFIVE?
The body is
constantly building plaque; therefore the answer to this question
would be “forever”. However, the system is intended
to be taken twice a day - once results have been achieved, some
customers go on a maintenance program where they only take Medfive
once a day – thus a one month supply now lasts for two months.
Financial considerations often make customers reduce the frequency
of shipments.
3. WHAT IS
THE AUTOSHIP OPTION?
Medfive maintains
a database of our customers which allow us to ship follow up product
every 30 days. This process is known as “Autoship”.
When you place your initial order with customer service, you should
be informed that there is an autoship process. Medfive is not
designed to be taken for only one month – it is an ongoing
commitment.
4. WHAT HAPPENS
IF I GET A SHIPMENT THAT I DO NOT WANT?
There are
times when you will receive a shipment of Medfive which you do
not need. If this happens and you desire to return the product,
simply call customer service for a return authorization. Once
the shipment is received by Medfive, the amount you were initially
charged will be refunded.
5. IS IT LESS
EXPENSIVE TO ORDER MORE THAN ONE MONTH AT A TIME?
There is a
reduction in the amount of shipping and handling when you order
more than one month at a time. Normally, S&H is $9.95 per
system, but orders of three or more systems will be shipped free
of charge – a savings of approximately $30 or more.
6. DOES MEDFIVE
INTERFERE WITH OTHER MEDICINES THAT I AM TAKING?
Medfive does
not interfere with any other medicines that you might be taking.
We have found in several instances that Medfive will reduce blood
pressure thus resulting in the individual eliminating the use
of blood pressure medicine. We do not recommend that you discontinue
any prescribed medicine without your doctor’s consent.
7. CAN I PURCHASE
INDIVIDUAL BOTTLES OF MEDFIVE?
Absolutely,
YES. Medfive’s Clean Life (the mouthwash additive) is often
purchased separately at $19.95 with no S&H charges. The other
three bottles are priced at $24.95 each and customer service can
fulfill your requests.
8. DOES MEDFIVE
HAVE A DISTRIBUTOR OFFER?
At this time,
the answer is no. We do, however, offer an affiliate program.
Under the affiliate program, you are provided an affiliate number
and whenever sales are generated as a result of your referrals;
your affiliate number is stored with the customer. You will receive
10% of all sales that are generated by the affiliate number assigned
to you.
9. DOES MEDFIVE
SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?
Currently,
Medfive ships to customers to the following countries: Canada,
New Zealand, Australia, France, Italy, Great Britain and Turkey.
There are additional charges for S&H for international orders
based upon the destination.
10. WHAT FORMS
OF PAYMENT ARE OFFERED BY MEDFIVE?
VISA, MasterCard,
American Express, Discover are accepted. We will soon be adding
E-Check.
11. ARE THERE
ANY SIDE EFFECTS FROM TAKING MEDFIVE?
Only 1% of
our customers have experienced any side effects. These side effects
consist of diarrhea or constipation which will last only a few
days. The primary ingredient is a safe and effective ”food
grade” product found in many foods.
12. HOW CAN
I ASSIST MEDFIVE WITH ON-GOING STUDIES?
Medfive is
always looking for testimonials from our customers that offer
information on results from taking Medfive. Please forward any

13. HOW LONG
HAS MEDFIVE BEEN ON THE MARKET?
Medfive has
been on the market for more than four years, but key ingredients
in Medfive have been on the market for over 60 years. It is the
uniqueness of the Medfive delivery system
that makes our product work effectively.
14. IF I REFER
SOMEONE TO MEDFIVE, DO I RECEIVE COMPENSATION?
When a new
customer references an existing customer as the reason that they
are ordering, the existing customer receives a discount on their
next order.
